Sweet crepes for dessert or yogurt and fruit filled for breakfast. Omit sugar and add 1/4 t. salt for savory fillings.

Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Crepes

2 large Egg, Whole
1 1/2 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
1 tbsp Canola Oil
5 tsp Sugars, Granulated
0.66 cup Wheat, Hard White

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Crepes

Grind wheat pastry fine. Use 1 c. Mix all ingredients until very smooth. Over medium heat, in a 7 inch lightly greased (PAM Sprayed) skillet, put about 1/4 c. batter. Tip to cover the bottom. Cook until the top is almost dry. Turn onto a plate, fill with yogurt, fruit, any sweet filling. For a savory crepe, omit sugar and add 1/4 t. salt.
