Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Crepes

1/2 cup unbleached all-purpose flour
1/2 cup white whole wheat flour
2 eggs
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/4 teaspoon salt

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Crepes

Whisk together all of the ingredients to make a smooth batter. Heat a non-stick skillet on medium heat. Pour 1/3-1/2c. of the batter in a non-stick skillet and tilt the skillet to coat with the batter. Wait until it cooks all the way through and the sides begin to come up on their own before transferring to a plate.
