Delicious, easy to make crepes. They're great filled with fruit and yogurt. Leave out the sugar and vanilla for dinner crepes.

Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Crepes

1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. powdered sugar
1/4 cup egg whites
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Crepes

  1. Mix together dry ingredients in a bowl.

  2. Add wet ingredients.

  3. Beat until mostly smooth, but don't over-mix.

  4. Heat 6" skillet over medium heat (you may need to use cooking spray or a thin layer of oil).

  5. Spoon in about 1/8 to 1/4 cup of batter.

  6. Shake skillet to spread batter in a thin layer over bottom of skillet.

  7. Cook until top no longer looks moist.

  8. Flip and cook briefly on the other side.
