Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Crepes

1/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup fat free cottage cheese
1/4 cup fat free yogurt, plain
1 T flaxseed meal
2 egg whites
2 T milk

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Crepes

  1. Heat 8" nonstick skillet to medium.

  2. Mix all ingredients in blender.

  3. Pour approx 1/4 cup into skillet.

  4. Cook until bubble form and dry slightly.

  5. Flip, cook approx 1 minute more.
