Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Crepes

1 1/4 cup Whole Wheat Flour
3 extra large Egg, Whole
1 3/10 cup Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat
1/2 tsp Salt, Table
2 tbsp Butter
1/4 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Crepes

  1. Whisk ingredients.

  2. Refrigerate 30 minutes

  3. Heat Skillet

  4. Lightly Oil pan

  5. Cook crepes until lightly speckled, flip, cook another few seconds.

  6. Remove.
