Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Crepes with milk

3 eggs
1 cup milk
3/4 cups whole wheat flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tsp salt
2 tablespoons butter
2 scoops protein powder

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Crepes with milk

Whisk flour, salt, sugar, protein powder and milk, or water, in a large bowl. Whisk in eggs. Add more water to make thin batter. Swirl 1/4 cup of batter in nonstick pan on medium heat and cook till light brown on bottom. Turn over and cook another minute.
