3/4 cup Whole Wheat Buttermilk Pancake Mix
1/4 cup Egg Beaters
1/2 cup nonfat milk
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Cranberry Pancakes

  1. Combine mix, Egg Beaters, milk, cranberries, and oil.

  2. Using a coffee scoup or 1/8 cup measuring spoon, pour batter onto very hot griddle, prepared with nonstick cooking spray.

  3. Fry until pancakes begin to bubble in the center and the dgges are dry; flip and continue frying until bottom both sides are golden brown.
