Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Corn Muffins

1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup cornmeal
2 tbsp sugar
1 egg
1 cup skim milk
1/4 cup canola oil
4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Corn Muffins

  1. Combine dry ingredients

  2. Combine wet ingredients, add to dry.

  3. Beat with wisk for 1-2 minutes

  4. Bake at 425 degrees F for about 14 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean and tops are golden brown.
