Recipe Ingredients for whole wheat cinnamon yogurt pancakes

2 large Egg, White
100 grams pnp fat free yogurt
100 grams Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
0.5 tbsp Grapeseed Oil
1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
0.5 tsp Salt, Table
1 tbsp Honey, Strained Or Extracted

Recipe Directions for whole wheat cinnamon yogurt pancakes

  1. Mix egg, yogurt, oil and honey until smooth.

  2. Sift flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt together.

  3. Add to the yogurt mix and blend.

  4. Spray heated pan, or put a little oil in hot pan.

  5. Spoon mixture into pan to make small pancakes.
