Not low fat or sugar free but less caloric than what comes out of a can and much better tasting.

Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Cinnamon Rolls with splenda

1 1/4 cup Gold Medal Better for Bread Flour
1 tbsp Unsalted Butter
1 cup (8 fl oz) Water
2 1/2 tbsp. honey
1/4 oz SPLENDA Sugar Blend for Baking
14 grams Sweetener
2 tbsp Unsalted Butter
2 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1 tsp Allspice, Ground
3 tsp unpacked Sugars, Brown
1/2 cup Confectioners Sugar
1/2 fl oz Original Almond Breeze Unsweetened
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/4 cup, in shell, edible yield (7 nuts) Walnuts, English
1 cup Flour
0.66 tsp Yeast
1 3/4 tbsp. Unsalted Butter

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Cinnamon Rolls with splenda

Bloom yeast in warm water with half the honey. When bubbly add the bread flour and let rise for about 30 minutes or until bubbly. Add 1 tbsp.melted butter, 1 tsp. salt and half of the whole wheat flour. Knead in the remaining flour. Let rise one hour and then roll out. Put 2 tbsp. softened butter on the rolled out dough. Mix all the sugars(except confectioners), substitutes & spices. Spread on buttered dough and roll up. Add the nuts before rolling up and press into the dough. Gently roll up dough and cut into rounds. Let rise for another hour. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Combine confectioners sugar and 1.5 tbsp. butter, vanilla and almond milk to make frosting. Spread on hot rolls.
