Taste great...just not as healthy as I thought.

Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Chocolate Chip Cookies

2/3 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 stick unsalted butter, room temp
1 egg
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup dark chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Chocolate Chip Cookies

  1. Preheat oven 375

  2. In small bowl, whisk together the first 3 ingredients. In another bowl, cream butter with an electric mixer. Add eggs, both sugars, and vanilla; mix well. Slowly add the dry ingredients until well blended. Fold in chips. Chill batter in the refrigerated for 10 mins before baking. Put spoonfulls of batter on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 7-9 mins.
