Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat chocolate chip cookies

1/2 cup unsalted butter
1/3 cup applesauce
1 1/3 cup honey
1/3 cup fat free milk
2 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 cup whole wheat pastry flour
1 1/4 cup rolled oats
1 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 cup chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat chocolate chip cookies

  1. Cream together margarine, oil, and honey

  2. add in milk and vanilla

  3. In separate bowl mix together flour, oats, baking powder and soda.

  4. Stir dry ingredients into wet.

  5. When half blended add chocolate chips and mix completely.

  6. Refridgerate dough for 20 min.

  7. Drop by spoonful onto baking sheet and bake at 325 for 10min.
