A bit cakey, but sooooo yummy! And they're low-calorie, low-fat...love it!

Recipe Ingredients for Whole-wheat chocolate chip cookies

1/2 cup canola oil
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbls water
2 large eggs
1 1/4 cups whole-wheat flour
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for Whole-wheat chocolate chip cookies

  1. Preheat oven 375 degrees.

  2. In a mixing bowl combine oil, brown sugar, sugar, vanilla and water. Mix well. Add egg substitute.

  3. In another bowl combine whole-wheat flour, all-purpose flour, baking soda and salt.

  4. Gradually add flour mixture to sguar mixture. Mix well.

  5. Stir in chocolate chips.

  6. Drop by teaspoonful onto a greased cookie sheet.

  7. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
