Recipe Ingredients for Whole-Wheat Chocolate Chip Cookies

1/2 cup margarine, softened
1/3 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla
2 eggs
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 3/4 cups dark chocolate

Recipe Directions for Whole-Wheat Chocolate Chip Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Farenheit.

  2. Generously grease cookie sheet with cooking spray.

  3. Cream sugar and margarine until smooth.

  4. Blend in eggs and vanilla.

  5. Combine dry ingredients separately.

  6. Gradually blend dry mixture into wet mixture.

  7. Fold in chocolate chips until evenly distributed.

  8. Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 375.

  9. For Bar cookies press into greased 10x15 pan and bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
