Recipe Ingredients for Whole wheat chocolate chip cookies.

1 1/2 cups whole wheat pastry flour
1 3/8 cups all-purpose flour
2 eggs, whole
1 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup oatmeal
1 cup butter
12 ounces chocolate chips, semi-sweet
1 T. vanilla
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. baking soda

Recipe Directions for Whole wheat chocolate chip cookies.

  1. Cream butter with both sugars.

  2. Add eggs one at a time and then vanilla.

  3. Sift together the rest of the ingredients and add slowly to wet ingredients. Stir in chocolate chips. Will be really thick dough.

  4. Place heaping tablespoons of dough onto baking sheet and bake at 350 for 10 to 13 minutes.
