Banana Bread with Chocolate Chips

Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Chocolate Banana Bread

2 large eggs
1/3 cup unsalted butter
1 ounce skim milk
2 medium Bananas
1 cups whole wheat flour
2/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Chocolate Banana Bread

  1. Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature. Measure eggs, butter, milk and bananas into the bread pan and set aside. In a medium-mixing bowl, combine the remaining dry ingredients. Mix well and add to the bread pan.

  2. Use Quick Bread setting for your machine.
