A healthier twist of the classic Toll House recipe

Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Choco Chip Bars

2 1/4 cups Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
1 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 tsp sea salt
1 cup butter, softened (2 sticks)
1 cup SPLENDA No Calorie
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
2 large eggs
2 cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Choco Chip Bars

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F

  2. Combine flour, baking soda and salt in small bowl. Beat butter, sugars and vaniklla extract in large mixer bowl until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually beat in the flour mixture. Stire in chocolate chips.

  3. Spray 15 x 10 baking pan with Pamę Cooking Spray. Spread dough into prepared pan. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool pan on a wire rack.

  4. Cut into 40 squares
