Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Chicken margarita pizza

1/2 pkg. dry yeast
1/2 c. water (very warm)
1/2 tbsp. honey
1 1/4 c.
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup diced tomatoe
5 oz cooked chicken
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp minced garlic

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Chicken margarita pizza

  1. Sprinkle yeast into water; add honey, stir and allow to stand 10 minutes. Add flour and work to form dough. Knead and place in lightly oiled bowl. Cover and let rise about 45 minutes. Punch down and spread on pizza pan.

  2. Roll out dough. Drizzel EVOO over the dough and rub. Rub garlic over dough. Spread cheese, mushrooms, tomatoes, chicken, and basil leaves.

  3. Bake in oven at 350C for 15-25 minutes.
