This is a modification on regular cheese biscuits to a lower fat whole wheat version.

Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Cheese Biscuits(lower fat, no sugar)

4 cup whole wheat flour
8 tsp baking powder
4 tbsp splenda
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 cup cheese, reduced fat, grated
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 cup applesauce, unsweetened
1 1/2 cup skim milk

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Cheese Biscuits(lower fat, no sugar)

Mix together dry in a bowl. Add cheese. Mix together wet in another bowl. Add wet to dry and form a dough. Knead dough on floured counter 8-10 times. Roll out and cut 24 servings and Bake at 425F for 15 minutes.
