Recipe Ingredients for Whole wheat butterscotch squares

1/2 cup butter
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup honey
2 whole eggs
2 tsp baking powder
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 dash salt
1 tsp vanilla

Recipe Directions for Whole wheat butterscotch squares

  1. Melt butter over low heat.

  2. Stirn in brown sugar and honey.

  3. Add eggs, vanilla and salt.

  4. Mix in the flour and baking powder.

  5. Spread batter onto a lightly greased cookie sheet or 9X11 cake pan and bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.

  6. Cut into squares while still warm.
