Recipe Ingredients for Whole wheat buttermilk biscuits

1 c all purpose flour
1 c whole wheat flour
1 t salt
2 t baking powder
1/2 t baking soda
1/2 c lard
3/4 c buttermilk

Recipe Directions for Whole wheat buttermilk biscuits

  1. mix dry ing., cut in lard, mix in buttermilk.

  2. Roll out...cut with biscuit cutter.

  3. Bake at 400 degrees aprox. 12 min.
