2.5 cup Gold Medal Whole Wheat Flour
12 oz Water
2 tsp Yeast
1 serving Clover Honey
2 oz Water
0.25 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
1 tbsp ICBINB! Regular (Stick)
1 tsp Salt

Recipe Directions for whole wheat buns

  1. Soak 1.5 C flour in warm water for 30 min

  2. combine yeast, honey, and 1/8 cup warm water set 10 min

  3. warm milk, marg, and salt

  4. combine the 3 & knead 10 min

  5. rise 1 hr, knead then roll to 1/2 in

  6. use 2 3/4 cutter place on greased sheet, rise 30 min

  7. bake 350 for 20-25 min
