Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Bread with Seeds

1 1/2 c water, warm
1 T brown sugar
5 tsp yeast, dry
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 c olive oil
1 1/2 c water
2 eggs
4 1/2 c whole wheat flour
1/4 c flax seeds
1/4 c sunflower seeds

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Bread with Seeds

  1. Proof yeast with sugar and water

  2. Mix all dry ingredients

  3. Add eggs and oil to wet and combine

  4. Add more flour, until you can knead it elastic and smooth.

  5. Preheat oven to 375

  6. Shape into a loaf and let it rise double.

  7. Bake for 35 minutes or until done.
