Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Bread

3.5 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
10 serving (Bakers
0.5 tbsp Salt, Table
4.5 tsp Yeast
2.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water
0.33 cup Honey, Strained Or Extracted
0.33 cup Vegetable Oil, Canola

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Bread

  1. Double Recipe:

  2. Mix wheat flour(7C), grain(2C), salt(1T), yeast(3T), HOT water(5C), honey(2/3C) and oil(2/3C) in a mixer. It will be runny.

  3. Add the white flour and mix at high speed for 10 minutes.

  4. Divide into 5 loaves and put in greased pans.

  5. Bake at 200 for 30 min, then turn up to 350 for another 40 minutes.
