I put serving size as 53 g, this is a whole bread sliced lengthwise in half, and then sliced in thin slices.

Recipe Ingredients for Whole wheat bread

2 c flour, all purpose
2 c whole wheat flour
2 tsp Vital Wheat Gluten
4 tsp yeast
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp honey
3 tbsp butter
1/2 c sunflower seeds
4 c water

Recipe Directions for Whole wheat bread

This is the recipe for bread maker, and I use a 3 Lb setting. Wet ingredients go first, then dry, and finally yeast and vital wheat gluten. Setting is whole wheat on your bread maker.
