Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Bread

7.5 cup White Whole Wheat Flour
9 tsp Yeast
4 cup (8 fl oz) Water
2.6 oz Canola Oil
8 oz Pure US Grade A Clover Honey
54 grams Instant Nonfat Dry Milk
40 grams Mash Dry Potato Instant
3 tsp Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Bread

Combine water, yeast and 4 cups flour. Let rise (sponge). Beat down and add honey, oil, salt, dry milk, potato flakes. Mix. Add remaining flour one cup at a time on med-high speed, until dough starts to pull from sides. Knead on high speed 12 minutes. Pour into bowl and let rise until doubled. Shape into 4 loaves, let rise again until nearly topping the pans. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
