This is a delicious nutty vegan bread that's easy to make and great to eat!

Recipe Ingredients for Whole wheat bread

1 1/3 cups water
4 tablespoons honey
2 1/2 cups bread flour
2 1/3 cups whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon active dry yeast
1/2 cup flax seeds
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/8 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup applesauce

Recipe Directions for Whole wheat bread

Proof yeast in water and honey for 10 minutes. Mix dry ingredients together in separate bowl. Add oil and applesauce to yeast mixture and then slowly mix in dry ingredients. Allow to rise (double size about an hour),punch down and rise again. Separate into two loafs and bake in oiled pans at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
