3 loaves whole wheat bread/ 1/2 inch slices

Recipe Ingredients for whole wheat bread

4 oz Honey Clover
2 oz Bottled Oil
5 cup Flour
2 cup All Purpose Flour

Recipe Directions for whole wheat bread

3 cups hot water, 1/2 cup honey 3 packs(3 TBLS) quick rising yeast. cover and set until foamy. add 1/4 cup smart balance oil, 3 cups whole wheat flour and 2 cups all purpose white flour. Beat 100 strokes or more. Add 2-3 cups ww flour one cup at a time. knead until springs back when pressed. put in large bowl sprayed with cooking spray. coverand let rise about 30-60 minutes. punch down,knead to orinal size and let rise again. separate into 3 loaves and place in loaf pans sprayed with oil.spray tops of loaves.let rise to top of pans. put in 350 degree oven for 50 minutes. turn out to cooling rack.
