Recipe Ingredients for whole wheat bread

28 serving Flour
3.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1.5 tsp RapidRise Yeast
4 tbsp Pure US Grade A Clover Honey
2 tbsp Olive Oil
2 tsp Sea Salt

Recipe Directions for whole wheat bread

  1. mix 3.5c warm water, yeast and honey, let the yeast proof.

  2. Mix 3.5c whole wheat flour, 2 tsp salt, and 2 tbsp oil and let sit for a minute.

  3. Add the dry and wet as well as the remaining 3.5c whole wheat flour in the Kitchenaid with the dough hook and mix on high for 7minutes.

  4. Let sit for 15minutes then put the dough on a floured surface and divide into 2 loaves.

  5. Place in 2 bread pans and let dough rise until it's sticking over the top of the pan.

  6. Bake at 350 for 35mins.
