Whole wheat bread that's actually fluffy!

Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Bread

2 tsp yeast
1/2 cup warm water
1 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup honey
3 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp salt
3 tbsp wheat gluten

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Bread

  1. Mix ingredients.

  2. Knead 10 minutes.

  3. Rise until doubled & punch down.

  4. Rise again until well risen.

  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
