Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Bread - Machine Recipe

1 cup water, plus 2 Tablespoons
1 tablespoon molasses
1 tablespoon honey
3 1/2 cups whole-wheat flour
1 1/2 tablespoons dry milk
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons margarine
2 teaspoons yeast

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Bread - Machine Recipe

Add lukewarm water, molasses, and honey to pan. Add flour, dry milk, and salt; tap pan to settle, then level ingredients in pan. Place margarine in corners of the pan. Make a well in the center and add yeast. Lock pan into machine. Program for whole wheat and bread color desired. May be used with timer setting. Add 1-2 Tablespoons of vital gluten if bread collaspses during baking.
