Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Bread (bread machine)

1 1/4 cup water
3 cup Flour
28 grams Vegetable Oil, Canola
1/4 cup Honey, Strained Or Extracted
1 tbsp Vital Wheat Gluten
1 1/2 tsp Salt, Table
1 1/4 tsp Yeast

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Bread (bread machine)

  1. Add ingredients to bread machine.

  2. Program for basic wheat bread on recommended settings.

  3. Press start.

  4. Check about 10 minutes through the kneading process to evaluate the dough. The dough ball should be smooth and firm. If it is lumpy, add a splash of water. If it is sticky, add a pinch or two of flour.

  5. Wait the agonizing wait for the bread to finish.
