A whole wheat recipe suitable for a bread machine. The quantities are for a 1.5 lb loaf.

Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Bread, Homemade (Arfi)

1 cups water, at 75-85 degrees F
2 tbsp water, at 75-85 degrees F
1 1/2 tbsp Olive oil
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 1/4 tsp salt
3 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
2 1/2 tsp bread machine yeast

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Bread, Homemade (Arfi)

  1. Warm Water at 75-80 F (24-30 C)

  2. Pour all wet ingredients in the bread machine pot, followed by the dry ones, yeast last (or however your bread machine says it).

  3. Bake and enjoy.
