Good whole wheat bread or burger buns. When making a loaf, make 6 burger buns or loaf will over flow bread pan.

Recipe Ingredients for Whole wheat bread/buns

1 cup water
2 tbsp butter
1 egg
2 1/4 cup Wheat Flour, Whole-grain
1 cup white flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
3 tsp yeast
2 tbsp Vital Wheat Gluten

Recipe Directions for Whole wheat bread/buns

  1. Mix gluten with flour. Add ingrediants to bread pan in wet to dry order. Mix in ABM on dough cycle. Shape and let raise 40-60 min. Bake at 350 for 30-35 min.

  2. Buns at 375 degrees for 12-15 min.
