Homemade whole wheat bread. Makes 2 loaves.

Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Bread 1 slice

5 1/2 cup Organic Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 cup Vital Wheat Gluten
8 tbsp Blue Agave
6 tsp Yeast
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
1/2 cup Potato Flakes
2 tsp Salt, Table
2 tbsp Vinegar distilled
3 3/10 tbsp Non-Fat Dry Milk

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Bread 1 slice

Mix all ingredients in a stand mixer with a dough hook. Let knead for 5-10 minutes. Let rise till double (about 1 hour). Punch down and shape into 2 loaves, place in loaf pans. Let rise again. Bake at 387 for 20-30 minutes (I use 22 minutes.)
