WHole wheat bread with 3.5 cups of whole wheat and 1/2 cup of white to help it not be so heavy.

Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Bread ( 1/2 Cup White )

1 cup (8 fl oz)(237 g) Water
5 oz 1% Partly Skimmed Milk
1.25 tbsp Margarine, 70% Vegetable Oil Spread, Soybean And Soybean(Hydrogenated)
0.5 cup White Flour, Unbleached
14 serving Whole Wheat Flour
1 tsp Salt, Table
1.5 tsp Yeast

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Bread ( 1/2 Cup White )

Add ingredients from wet to dry in bread maker. Put yeast last. Set to dough setting. let stand for 2 hours after finished, then remove, knead and put in pan. Put in warm place, let it rise for 2 or 3 more hours ( depending on how well it rises ) and put in over @ 375 for 35 mins. Remove and enjoy.
