Recipe Ingredients for whole wheat blueberry pancakes

1 cup whole wheat flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 cup flaxmeal
1 1/2 tablespoon splenda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg
1 cup milk, 1 %
1/2 cup blueberries

Recipe Directions for whole wheat blueberry pancakes

  1. sift together whole wheat flour and baking powder

  2. beat together egg, milk, salt, and splenda

  3. add dry ingredients to egg / milk mixture

  4. add additional milk as needed to thin the recipe

  5. pour 1/4 cup mix per pancake and sprinkle blueberries on top before flipping
