Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Blueberry Pancakes

1.25 cup Whole Wheat Flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
1 large Egg, Whole
1.25 cup Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat
0.5 tsp Salt, Table
6 grams No Calorie Sweetener
0.5 cup Blueberries

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Blueberry Pancakes

  1. Stir dry ingredients together in a bowl.

  2. Whisk milk and egg together separately.

  3. Gently combine wet and dry, stirring only till mixed.

  4. Add fresh blueberries.

  5. Heat a pan over medium and spray with cooking spray. Spoon mixture into pan and flip when you start to see bubbles. Cook until the other side is golden brown.

  6. Enjoy!
