Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Blueberry Pancakes

1.25 cup Wheat Flour, Whole-grain
6 tsp Baking Powder
1 large Egg, Whole
1.25 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
0.5 tsp Salt, Table
3 tsp unpacked Sugars, Brown

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Blueberry Pancakes

  1. Combine flour and baking powder. Set aside.

  2. Beat together, in large bowl, egg,milk, salt, and sugar. Stir in flour until just moistened. Add blueberries and stir to incorporate.

  3. Preheat skillet and spray with cooking spray. Pour approx. 1/4 cup of batter on to pan for each pancake. Cook until bubbly(1-1.5 min) and flip to cook other side.
