3 cups skim milk
2 tablespoons baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tablespoons sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup canola oil
1 cup blueberries

  2. add eggs and liquids

  3. mix gently until just moist
