Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Blueberry Pancakes

1 1/4 cup flour, whole wheat
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 egg
1 1/4 cup milk
1 tbsp. xylitol
1/2 cup blueberries

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Blueberry Pancakes

  1. Sift together flour and baking powder, set aside.

  2. Put egg, milk, salt, and sweetener in tall magic bullet cup and mix. (or use mixer)

  3. Stir in flour until just moisened, and blueberries, and stir to incorporate.

  4. Preheat a heavy-bottomed skillet over medium heat, and spray with cooking spray. Pour approximately 1/4 cup of the batter into the pan for each pancake. Cook until bubbly, about 1 1/2 minutes. Turn, and continue cooking unil golden brown.
