Recipe Ingredients for whole wheat blueberry pancakes

1 cup 1% low fat milk
1 egg
2 tbsp grapeseed oil
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup white flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup blueberries, fresh

Recipe Directions for whole wheat blueberry pancakes

  1. combine milk, egg, oil then add blueberries (fresh).You can use frozen berries just lightly coat them in flour before adding them.

  2. Mix together dry ingredients then add them to wet mixture. Mix only till moistened. Fry on hot griddle slightly greased.
