Freshly ground whole wheat & blueberries make these pancakes extra delicious.

Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Blueberry Pancakes

1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
6 oz. frozen blueberries

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Blueberry Pancakes

Sift together dry ingredients. Combine egg, milk & oil, add to dry ingredients, stirring until just moistened. Pour onto a hot griddle or pan. Immediately drop frozen blueberries onto each pancake.
