Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat blueberry muffins

1 cup Applesauce
1.5 cup Flour
0.5 cup Sugars, Granulated
1 tsp Baking Soda
0.5 tsp Salt, Table
1.5 cup, unthawed Blueberries
1 large Egg, Whole
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 tbsp Butter

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat blueberry muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 325

  2. Combine flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt in large bowl. Mix well.

  3. In medium bowl, mix eggs,melted butter, vanilla and applesauce. Add to flour mixture and stir until just blended. Gently fold in blueberries.

  4. Pour batter into lined or greased muffin tins and bake at 325 for 25 minutes. Cool for about 10 minutes.
