Recipe Ingredients for whole wheat blueberry muffins

1 cup flour
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup blueberries
1/3 cup sugar
1 egg
1/4 cup oil
3/4 cup milk

Recipe Directions for whole wheat blueberry muffins

  1. combine dry ingredients, add blueberries

  2. add 1 tsp grated lemon rind if desired

  3. make well in centre

  4. whisk egg, oil and milk

  5. pour all at once into well in dry ingredient

  6. mix only until combined

  7. bake for 15 minutes in 400 degree oven
