whole wheat blueberry muffin If you are using cupcake tins, it will make 12 (and thus half the nutrition info)

Recipe Ingredients for whole wheat blueberry muffins

1 large Egg, Whole
1/2 cup Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat
1/2 cup Organics Applesauce
1 1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 cup Honey, Strained Or Extracted
2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt, Table
1 cup Blueberries

Recipe Directions for whole wheat blueberry muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees

  2. Mix all ingredients together sans blueberries. Once everything is mixed, pour blueberries in and mix gently. Batter should be lumpy?use a spoon, not a mixer!

  3. Bake for 25-30 minutes if you use larger muffin tins, less time if you use cupcake tins.
