1/4 cup oil
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg
2 cups whole-wheat flour
1/3 cup sugar
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup blueberries

Recipe Directions for whole wheat blueberry muffins--not low fat

  1. preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. mix milk, oil, vanilla, and egg.

  3. stir in flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

  4. fold in blueberries.

  5. spoon batter into greased muffin tin.

  6. bake for 20-25 minutes.
