1.5 cup, unthawed Blueberries
3 tbsp Canola Oil
2.35 oz Natural Cane Turbinado Sugar
3 Teaspoon Baking Powder
12 oz Unsweetened Soy Milk
1 medium Egg, Whole
0.25 tsp Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Blueberry Muffin Cake

  1. mix together all dry ingredients

  2. add blueberries and stir

  3. add wet ingredients, mix thoroughly

  4. pour into a greased 8x8 or 9x9 pan

  5. bake 25+ min @ 375 F
