Make with either wheat flour, or grind your own wheat berries in your blender. If using flour, used 1.3 cups, if using berries, use 1 cup even.

Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Blender Waffles

1 1/3 cup flour, whole wheat
1 1/2 cup milk, 2%
1 tbsp baking powder
2 tbsp canola oil
3 eggs

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Blender Waffles

Blend milk and wheat in blender for three minutes on high. Add remaining engredients, blend for 1 additional minute, bake in a waffle baker. Makes 16, 4" waffles.
