Recipe Ingredients for Whole Wheat Blender Waffles

2 cups wheat
1 1/2 cups fat free milk
1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
4 tsp canola oil
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp baking powder

Recipe Directions for Whole Wheat Blender Waffles

  1. Place wheat in blender and cover. Grind for 2-4 minutes. Add milk and blend 2 minutes. Add eggs and blend to mix. Add baking powder, sugar, vanilla, and oil. Blend to mix.

  2. Cook as directed for waffle iron. Pancakes can also be made. Simply reduce oil to 2 tsp.
